We've noticed that  many new members, neglect to upload their Full Word formattted or pdf CV's [Resumes], when applying for jobs, or setting job alerts.

It's entirely possible that the process has not been flagged up correctly by us [slapped wrist for being negligent on this].

Here's the thing, when setting say a job alert, your best selling point is letting the Employer member have good eyeball of your career biography.

Moreovr, for all those shy about divulging your full contact detail immediately and inadvance of getting to know an employer prospect, simply remove your contact details from the aforementioned document.

Bea in mind that the-jobs-site's own automated alert system will send you a message as soon as such an enquiry has become forthcoming. So dont worry about that.
