Kensington & Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation is unique in social housing as the only borough-wide organisation to give tenants genuine control over the management of their homes. The past year has seen significant change for the organisation and we are now embarking on a new period of service and performance improvement with a new Board and a new Executive Team. The considerable pressures on housing make delivering excellent services challenging.

As a member of the Executive Team you will lead and develop our housing and customer services to maximise our potential to be a high performing and customer focused organisation. To be successful in this role you will have:

• Substantial experience of providing housing or related services at a senior level;
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver high performance;
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels;
• Ability to operate at a strategic level as well as manage operational services and performance.
