An exciting opportunity exists for the right person to lead and manage our Stafford Safeguarding Team, and to help us on our journey towards excellence.
The Team has responsibility for child protection enquiries and work with children who are subject to child protection plans and care proceedings.
The challenges are great but so is the potential for making a real difference to children's lives.
You will need to have a extensive post qualifying experience in children and families work. You will also need previous experience of managing and supervising staff. Excellent interpersonal skills, decision making abilities and organisational skills will also be required.
