To develop a positive working relationship with your key accounts ensuring delivery of the overall category strategy and maximise commercial revenues. Deliver appropriate communication and flow of information between BAA & business partners to facilitate smooth running of the contractual agreement. Ensure delivery of the category strategy in alignment with contractual agreement and BAA merchandise strategy and seek opportunities to grow commercial revenues through mutually beneficial activities. - Appropriate retail experience within BAA Retail or a High Street environment
- Experience of customer relationship management - previous experience of third party management.
- Experience of negotiating financial deals.
- Good financial and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels up to business partner MD’s.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Self starter with ability to work on own initiative
