Job Responsibilities:
• Offer support and consulting services to Introspect hosted clients
• Analyze and solve a wide variety of complex and challenging issues
• Work as part of a highly trained team of technical and business professionals
• Work with clients to apply legal technology solutions to business problems
Job Requirements:
• Bachelors degree required, computer science or information technology focus preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in an information technology field preferred
• Experience working with clients on business solutions
• Familiarity with Litigation Support Software and its practical applications
• Experience successfully communicating technical concepts and issues to non-technical audiences
• Experience working in the Litigation Support department of a major law firm is a plus
• Experience working for a Litigation Support services provider is a plus
• Enjoy solving difficult problems
• A strong desire to learn continually and grow professionally
• Comfortable working in a team-based environment and supporting others
• Desire to be part of an exciting, rapidly-growing organization
• Ability to work autonomously with flexibility and excellent judgement
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
• The Hours for this role are M-F, 1:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
