Autonomy is seeking to employee a Systems Administrator as a complement to its current internal IT team at its Cambridge offices. The right candidate will be a educated to degree level with hands-on experience in a systems administrative or technical support role. The required technical skill set includes knowledge of system/user administration, Microsoft operating systems at server and client level, and hardware support. Experience in two or more of the following technical areas is also required: Active Directory, Mail servers, Unix/Linux administration, Web/application servers, Databases and TCP/IP switched/routed networks. Any industry qualifications would be advantageous. In addition to technical aptitude the right candidate will also have a professional and organised approach to work, be able to react to demanding situations quickly and efficiently and display a high level dedication to the role.
