Role Summary:
• Manage the Region’s effort in vehicle procurement, distribution & inventory management. • Keep Region informed of inventory, ordering, delivery, & allocation status.
Responsibilities: Manage monthly dealer allocation process and coordination with Area Teams. • Monitor & analyze Dealer orders; generate production allocation reports to identify shortfalls, imbalances & capacity constraints. • Assist Region Operations General Manager in analysis of regional incentive solutions. • Resolve supply/demand imbalances with Area Sales Managers. • Coordinate between factory liaison & Area Sales Managers to ensure order compliance (e.g., supply allocations, ordering shortfalls, area bulk vehicle ordering). • Manage monthly discretionary vehicle order pool. • Identify problems / delays with vehicle movement through ports & recommend solutions. • Locate vehicles for trade assists & collateral exchanges, as needed by Area teams. • Order and administer dealer demos and new vehicle introduction units. • Provide monthly inventory reports at all levels (Dealer, port, production) to Region Operations General Manager, & Area teams. • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as need by Region / Area Management Education:
• Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree
