Role Summary: • Drive Audi Brand performance in the Area. • Achieve Sales, After Sales, Customer Satisfaction & Profitability objectives for Area’s retail business. • Raise overall Dealer performance levels & reduce variability between Dealers. • Represent “face of Audi” to Dealers. Responsibilities:
• Prioritize Area Sales Manager & Area After Sales Manager critical Area business opportunities. • Select, develop & evaluate Area Sales Manager & Area After Sales Manager. • Monitor & assist Dealers’ effectiveness with CRM programs. • Ensure Area Sales Manager implements national & regional sales programs & processes to deliver on Sales objectives. • Ensure Area After Sales Manager implements After Sales programs & processes to deliver on After Sales objectives. • Create Area’s Sales & Marketing strategy for both Vehicle sales & After Sales. • Provide Region Sales & Marketing General Manager with market knowledge & competitive actions for use in building incentive programs. • Advise Dealers on how to improve performance on scorecard metrics. • Develop 1- & 5-year business plans with Dealers & monitor implementation. • Develop short-term performance improvement action plans with Dealers & monitor implementation. • Provide input into regional Dealer Network Development Plan; execute final plan in Area. • Advise Region Network Development Manager on time prioritization of Dealer Process Consultant.
