Under a moderate level of guidance and direction analyze and administer compensation programs, procedures, practices, salary surveys and job evaluation programs. Will use gained knowledge and experience to take a lead role in Corporate and Division compensation projects as assigned.
Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum Experience Requirements: Five to seven years as a Compensation Analyst or HR professional.
