Integration Professionals work with Solution Architects and other internal teams, review system requirement & specification documents as well as high-level and low-level design documents, and are responsible to deliver a functional network that meets Customer requirements and is ready for commercial service.

Develop Solution Integration Plans; Manage the integration of all components of the Customer solution; Interface with internal technical teams to solve technical issues; Open Assistance Request tickets when necessary; Develop and document test strategies; Perform functionality testing; Conduct Customer Acceptance testing activities; Follow established Quality Processes and promote consistent integration practices; Monitor and track integration progress; Strive  to meet delivery schedules; Validate all integration documentation with Customer; Store all documentation (test plans, test results, specifications documents) in quality controlled databases; Identify and help position new Upscope services that can bring additional revenue.

Hands-on experience with NGN & IMS field integration activities; Strong IP concepts with technical expertise on QoS, switching, routing, and Signaling systems;  Good understanding of NGN technologies including Softswitch, MGC, Media Gateway, Class 4, Class 5, and SIP based services; Protocol knowledge of SIP, MGCP, MEGACO, RTP/RTCP with good understanding of Call Flows, SS7 and SIGTRAN; Expertise on IMS concepts and technologies including CSCF, HSS, BGF, AS, PCC, MGCF, BGCF, MGW, MRF; Scripting knowledge for automation of test cases; Superior written and verbal communications skills.
