Seasonal Benefits (June 2010 – March 2011) > One Round Trip Air France Pass for Space Available Travel upon completion of contract > Motivated Team Working Environment > Competitive Salaries > Experience in the Airline Industry > Possible Extension if needed An Air France Baggage Representative will: * Provide telephone assistance to clients inquiring about missing baggage and inform them on status/location of missing property and subsequent actions taken by Air France * Update baggage file as needed with any new information received from client * Coordinate baggage delivery with local delivery companies * In cases of damage baggage, refer client to local repair shop after creating/executing file in Customer Relations database * Immediately advise central security department in cases of reported pilferage * Liaison with station personnel when needed to ensure proper handling of cases * Rotating shifts are required, including weekdays, weekends and holidays (Hrs of Operation are 9am – 6pm) Requirements * Proven record providing excellent customer service * Strong verbal communication skills and interest in working with the public * Resolve issues effectively * Knowledge of MS Office and the internet * The ability to handle calls effectively and efficiently * Must be fluent in French and English
