Your function
Based in Utrecht and reporting to the manager of the Dealing Room Support team, you will be primarily responsible for supporting financial markets traders across a broad range of IT services. Your primary responsibility will be for the File, Print and all supported Windows/Intel platforms in the Trading Room
Your profile
You will have experience of a trading floor environment, as well as good all-round IT skills. In addition, we would expect you to have the following technical knowledge/experience:

You will have experience of a trading floor environment, as well as good all-round IT skills. In addition, we would expect you to have the following technical knowledge/experience:
Expert/in-depth knowledge of:
- Windows server technologies;
- PC hardware peripherals.
Knowledge of:
- A trading room infrastructure environment;
- Microsoft file systems;
- Backup and restore technologies;
- Audio-visual equipment;
- MS Office suite, in particular current RI MS desktop operating system version;
- Reuters Dealing 3000, 3000 Xtra, Triarch (including DACS);
- Broker systems (e.g. Swiskey Execution, BrokerTec, etc.);
- Bloomberg (Open and Anywhereserver-based applications (Citrix, Terminal Server).
