Our Network Technicians are responsible for a variety of technical duties related to maintaining and improving the Bank’s network infrastructure.  Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoots, and resolves, general computer and network issues.
• Plans, coordinates, and implements software and hardware changes on workstations, servers, routers and switches. 
• Installs new bank personal computers.
• Performs hardware and software diagnostics, analyzes network performance and recommends appropriate action.
• Completes assigned Help Desk work orders assisting clients with technical issues, and creates work orders for Help Desk, making sure they are completed in a timely manner. 
• Follows up where appropriate to ensure that technical issues are completely resolved and clients are satisfied.
• Assists with project work including investigations and implementations

• Your Profile

  Qualified candidates will possess:

  High School diploma or equivalent with at least three years network/computer troubleshooting experience including software installation and maintenance required.  

  Strong understanding of network security and computer safety. 

  Must possess ability to analyze problems and present viable solutions. 

  Ability to perform work duties without direct supervision required. 

  Must possess good written and oral communication skills.
