You will be actively involved in one of the Corporate Advisory teams. You will work on both origination and execution parts of M&A and/or ECM transactions. Main activities include:

- Executing support during the origination process:

• Collecting information regarding the M&A and ECM business;
• Preparing pitch books;
• Gathering information regarding the various activities (concerning markets/clients/products).

- Offering executing support during the execution process:

• Writing information memoranda, valuation reports;
• Carry out valuations using different valuation models;
• Coordinating due diligence processes;
• Maintaining contact with external parties;
• Contribute to the execution of transactions on defined parts.
  

  Your profile

  For the position of analyst, we are looking for new colleagues with a master degree (preferable) in business or economics and/or with a maximum of 2 years of relevant job experience. Important competencies:
