Your function
You will be actively involved in one of the Corporate Advisory teams. You will work on both origination and execution parts of M&A and/or ECM transactions. Main activities include:
- Executing support during the origination process:
- Collecting information regarding the M&A and ECM business;
- Preparing pitch books;
- Gathering information regarding the various activities (concerning markets/clients/products).
- Offering executing support during the execution process:
- Writing information memoranda, valuation reports;
- Carry out valuations using different valuation models;
- Coordinating due diligence processes;
- Maintaining contact with external parties;
- Contribute to the execution of transactions on defined parts.
Your profile
For the position of analyst, we are looking for new colleagues with a master degree (preferable) in business or economics and/or with a maximum of 2 years of relevant job experience. Important competencies:
