| Description | RiskMetrics Group is immediately seeking a Country Manager covering the Thailand, Malaysian, and Indonesia to represent a suite of RiskMetrics Products and Services including Risk Management, Corporate Governance, and Financial research to a variety of financial services companies. Country Managers are responsible for the sales in designated markets covering various financial institutions and expected to achieve annual sales target. In addition,, Country Managers own their market and need to provide support and advisory on our offerings. Annual sales target includes new sales and renewal of Product and services to current clients and prospects. Country Managers will research the overall financial markets to understand the trend, have direct contact with various financial institutions to identify opportunities, and make sales pitch to clients and prospects. For successful sales pitches, Country Managers need to have the ability to work independently and to work as a team across the business, development and account management teams. Country Managers are expected to cover several countries and various financial industries including Banks, Pension Funds, Asset Managers or Hedge Funds, and will be responsible for the first-line support and advisory on RiskMetrics’ Products and Services combined with the effort from Research and Account management. As for support and advisory role, Country Managers also need to have strong quantitative and analytical skill. |
Responsibilities Include: - Achieve annual sales target
- Ensure renewals of current clients
- Identify sales opportunities from current clients and prospects
- On going market research to identify prospects
- Detailed revenue reporting and forecasting
- Advisory for current clients and prospects on Products and Services
- Monitor customer satisfaction and report timely feedback to the management
Background/skill requirements: - Experience in sales or client facing role
- Desire to explorer new opportunity and challenge
- Knowledge on overall financial market and services
- presentation skills and inter-personal relationships
- Quantitative skill to analyze complex financial model and methodology (e.g. statistics)
- Team player with great communication skill
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Malay is Strongly preferred
- CFA, FRM or other relevant certificate holder is preferred
