Voting Operations Associate [29/04/2010]

1. Assist in the preparation of proxy forms for Australian Meetings:

Check of relevant meeting details on the meeting notices;
Prepare proxy forms (i.e., proxy cards + supplementary proxy advice);
Review proxy forms;
Prepare email confirmation of vote instructions lodged with the registries;
Confirm vote instructions lodged with the registries or company;
Update Master Meetings Lists;
File scanned and hard copies of proxy forms;
Audit vote instructions lodged with the registries;
Compile information on vote instructions lodged with the registries.
2. Assist in the preparation of French proxy cards
Fill in the relevant French cards;
Review French cards;
Prepare draft emails for Custodian Banks;
File scanned copies of French cards;
Audit French cards prepared for Custodian Banks
Compile information on French cards prepared for Custodian Banks.
3. Assist in Ballot Generation and NRM tasks which may be assigned by the Team Leader.
