As a Group Customer Service Manager you will support our business by:

• Responsible for all customer interaction across the group.
• Own all of the groups customer service policy and procedures and setting out service level agreements to respond to complaints and queries.
• Be able to communicate and influence effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and challenge where appropriate.
• You will take complete ownership of our mystery shop programme working with our external partner and make recommendation to our board based on the data provided.
• Set up and run customer focus groups and from the feedback define clear actions to take our business forward

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in a customer facing environment and has a proven track record either in retail operations or a communications role. You will be a passionate and driven professional who loves fast paced working environments.
