As a result of our continued growth we have a fantastic opportunity to join our IT Support Team as A POS Deployment Support Technician, You will be based in our Distribution Centre in Burton-On-Trent.

Job Purpose:

• To be responsible for all POS system builds
• To be responsible for POS store implementations
• To assist in Inventory Management

Primary Job Tasks/Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for building store equipment AS400 and PC systems
• To be responsible for implementing the POS systems in stores when required
• To visit stores on an ad hoc basis when a site technician is required
• To assist in booking in and out of IT equipment
• To perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Core Competencies:

• Knowledge of MS Window operating system and installations
• Knowledge of AS400 systems
• Experience of a high-pressured environment, working to deadlines, working as part of a team. Ideal candidate would have an IT support background.
• Be prepared to travel around Europe
• Must have valid driving license
