This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of multiple facilities. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job
related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or as necessary.
An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Identifies and recommends process improvements to improve business results by evaluating the execution of multiple business plans and projects
for Merchandising; consulting with Director of Stores and Store Managers; touring stores; reviewing merchandising reports; identifying customer
and operational needs; recognizing barriers and obstacles (e.g., flow, space allocation, assortment, timing) that impact performance; and reviewing
competitors' merchandising programs.
Ensures resolution of store-specific merchandising issues by reviewing call center reports; following up with stores to solicit information on
unresolved issues; and referring issues to home office merchandising support group to provide solutions.
Drives regional merchandising business results by touring stores to review and ensure stores are traited appropriately; visiting competitors in the
region to identify appropriate product needs (e.g., assortment, space allocation, pricing); providing solutions based on findings to Divisional
Merchandising Director; and ensuring consistency on pricing and merchandise selection.
Reviews and provides recommendations to the merchandising plans for project stores by ensuring appropriate traits, assortment, and space
allocation meet local customer demographics; identifying local merchandise needs; and serving as a subject matter expert for the local area.
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business
partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and costeffectiveness;
and participating in and supporting community outreach events.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to
others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Merchandising by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and
communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying
performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability
and supporting continuous learning.

Minimum Qualifications
4 years of experience in retail management OR
2 years of experience in merchandising.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, economics or other business-related field.
4 years of retail management experience AND 2 years of merchandising experience.
