Market AP Manager-Market 37 / Phoenix [15/04/2010]

Ensure that sensitive information handling procedures are followed.
Manage and execute asset protection (e.g., shrink, safety, P&L accounts) and safety initiatives in multiple facilities across the Market.
Monitor and enforce compliance with Company policies, as well as local, State, and Federal guidelines.
Travel 50-60% of the time, must have valid driver's license.

Minimum Qualification:

Two years previous work experience in a retail or wholesale environment or in a job related field that includes apprehensions, case management, and documentation.
Experience working with local, state, and federal agencies (e.g., law enforcement).
One year previous asset protection experience (e.g. inventory control, risk management, safety, investigation, or regulatory compliance) or law enforcement experience.
Two years of supervisory experience including performance management, mentoring, and employee development responsibilities.

Additional Qualification:

One year experience using Retail Link, CCTV, Telxon, and M-Tracks, or other retail database or inventory control.
Two years project management experience, multi-tasking, and directing projects.
One year of experience using Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Email, and Internet)
