Oil and Gas Downstream Senior Manager-00081438 Business and Solution Development professionals focus on development of business relationships and realization of consulting and outsourcing sales and engagements in the Downstream (Refining and Marketing) oil and gas industry. The candidate should be a strong leader with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with solid experience in relevant industry field, track record of solutions development and PMO skills. The candidate will take responsibility for strategy, business transformation and organizational change along with system implementation and / or outsourcing. Key responsibilities may include:
• Establish / maintain relationships with executives / senior executives of selected Clients • Identify and develop opportunities with selected Clients
• Assist in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps
• Assist in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs
• Develop and testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures
• Train / coach internal resource and help them build skills Skills required • Knowledge of the Downstream Oil and Gas market and industry, as well as major trends and hot topics applied for the Russian conditions • Deep understanding of the Russian Oil and Gas market and the players; preferably long (>5 years) lasting relationships with Executives / Senior Executives of top market Players • Knowledge of Refining and Marketing core operations, Hydrocarbon supply chain as well as experience in one and understanding of the rest of the following areas: operating model development, business process re-engineering and optimization, management and operations performance management, manufacturing strategy, manufacturing operations, maintenance, transportation and logistics, pricing optimization, operational (maintenance, predictive analytics) and manufacturing execution systems (e.g, Honeywell, Aspentech, OsiSoft), gasoline retail store operations, gasoline retail offerings and programs. Professional Skill Requirements • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Experience in dealing with complex tasks in an international environment • Leadership and communication attributes Other requirements
• Ability to meet travel requirements
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience
