Responsible for specifying requirements, design and execution of tests, and evaluation of designs, analysis, test environment development, testing and control of major validation projects where creativity and initiative are involved as well as a high level of independent judgment. Exercises technical direction over other engineers or engineering support personnel and may have work direction responsibilities over a group with specific engineering objectives.
