- Apply and comply Systems Development Process (SDP-21) process in Development and Deployment Projects
- Participate in OnStar Systems Development Factory (SDF)
- Very strong understanding of Global Application Development
- Manage Project Financials
- Manage Projects Portfolio
- Manage suppliers activities including transition and new deployments
- Handles a variety of recurring and non-recurring or special assignments
- Informs staff activity or unit of developments as required
- Makes presentations to all levels of management
- Develops new and evaluates existing unit or Corporate policies and procedures
- Establishes a course of action to accomplish completion of the job and/or project
- Coordinates input from internal/external customers to better understand customer needs and/or perceptions
- Keeps abreast of current product developments and trends in areas of expertise
- Actively identifies new areas for learning and takes advantage of learning opportunities
- Frequent contact with other outside the work group
- Develops and maintains policies and procedures in a specialized area
- Gathers and interprets complex data
- Handles a variety of non-recurring special assignments

- Basic Skills Required
