Launched in 2002, Gammon University Fellowship Programme is a comprehensive one-year development programme which aims to offer career-enhancement opportunities for university undergraduates, both local and overseas. So far, more than 150 students have tasted the rewarding experience of joining our Fellowship Programme as Fellows.
The key features of the Fellowship Programme include personal mentoring, training in 2010 summer, site visits, company activities, and priority to permanent career opportunity with Gammon. We see our Fellows as part of our team. You will be given real responsibilities and actual assignments, from which you will get considerable job satisfaction. Working with the construction professionals, you will also be able to learn, at first hand, about current trends and practice in a world-class construction business.
University undergraduates pursuing Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree programme and who are expected to graduate in 2011 are invited to apply. Eligible subjects include:

- Ideal candidates must be:
- Devoted and committed to participating in and organizing activities under the Fellowship Programme;
- Interested in developing a career in the construction industry;
- Self-motivated, outgoing, energetic and able to work under pressure;
- Highly adaptable to dynamic working environment with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Possessing good communication skill in both English and Chinese.
