We are currently looking for high caliber person to join our Procurement Department. He / She will be responsible for supporting procurement functions for major material packages for tenders and projects. The candidates will work closely with the pre-construction and operation teams; sourcing, selecting and establishing network with capable and competitive manufacturers and suppliers; evaluate and analyze material costs for negotiation and recommendation for award of packages conduct supply chain study and analysis on selected categories, and participate in various safety, environmental and innovative procurement initiatives.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Civil or Building Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experiences and preferably in construction related industry;
- Knowledge in packaging major materials from Bills of Quantities, Specification, Preambles & Drawings;
- Possess knowledge of import / export declaration, letter of credit & shipping documentation;
- Knowledge of application of Enterprises Resources Planning (ERP) would be an advantage;
- Good communication skills in both Cantonese & English, knowledge in Mandarin will be an advantage;
- Self-motivated, a team player and capable to work independently in a co-operative and pro-active manner.
