You will be responsible to supervise and coordinate all operation staff and sub-contractors to ensure construction proceed to schedule and carry out the following duties:

·         Monitor the use of site labour, materials and plant resources to ensure they are in accordance with the project cost budget;

·         Prepare master programme, manpower, materials & plant schedules;

·         Ensure all short-term programmes are properly reviewed and communicated to all parties concerned;

·         Ensure proper safety conduct and standards of all site operations;

·         Provide effective and efficient site administration;

·         Plan and organize various statutory inspections

Requirements:

·         Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building studies or equivalent;

·         At least 15 years' relevant experience in the control and supervision of construction projects;

·         Experience as Site Agent in major building projects preferred;

·         Good project management and planning skill;

·         Proficient in English and Chinese.
