During preparation and execution phases, you are responsible for various large-scale operations with a high level of technical content. Your duties are as follows:
· You control, supervise and provide technical communication between the work teams (structural, auxiliary trades, technical trades, roads and services) up until completion.
· With respect to the client, sub-contractors and suppliers, you check that the product complies with the contractual clauses and the architectural and technical specifications.
· With respect to your Management, you are in charge of profitability for the whole project, meeting deadlines and the quality of the work.
· You are also responsible for all personnel on site.
· Finally, you see that hygiene and safety rules are complied with, as required by the Group's QSE (quality, safety, environment) policy.
An engineer by training, you have eight years of experience in the construction sector. You have managerial qualities, know how to motivate, coordinate, negotiate and take decisions when necessary.
You have technical knowledge and are profit-driven. You can demonstrate that you are a good listener, approachable and dynamic and you have a sense of shared purpose.
