      Qualifications and Experience

      • Strong academic background, university educated with good degree
      • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales or Chartered Secretary in England and Wales 
      • Experience gained in major company in the UK 
      • Demonstrable track record of company secretarial administration with high level of personal involvement  Experience in corporate and regulatory law
