Responsibilities
1. Monitor incoming and outgoing email/fax and documents, register business enquiries and update dashboard.
2. Classify different sources of business and product lines and distribute them to respective underwriters.
3. File underwriting related documents in a proper order.
4. For monthly declaration in marine insurance, check the state of account against the system.
5. Customer (internal & external ) services related tasks.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. At least one year working experience.
3. Good English speaking, writing & reading ability.
4. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
5. Good team work spirit.
6. Willing to learn.
7. Willing to work under pressure.
