This will be achieved by:-

• Participating in the definition and management of Allianz projects to ensure successful results and risk minimisation
• Drawing on knowledge of project management tools, methods, procedures to provide expert support and guidance on project management processes and procedures
• Participating in all program management office operations to ensure methodical project operations and streamlined steering committee operations

• To be considered, you will have the following skills & experience:

   

  • Excellent Communication Skills- able to communicate with people of all levels of the organisation and with Project Managers (inexperienced to expert)
  • Solid Excel, Word & Powerpoint experience
  • Proven experience in Program or Project Office
  • Organised, attention to detail, good follow-up skills
  • Analytical - looking for better/simpler & automated ways to do things
  • Familiar with Project Management & System Development Methodologies
