This will be achieved by:-
- Participating in the definition and management of Allianz projects to ensure successful results and risk minimisation
- Drawing on knowledge of project management tools, methods, procedures to provide expert support and guidance on project management processes and procedures
- Participating in all program management office operations to ensure methodical project operations and streamlined steering committee operations
To be considered, you will have the following skills & experience:
- Excellent Communication Skills- able to communicate with people of all levels of the organisation and with Project Managers (inexperienced to expert)
- Solid Excel, Word & Powerpoint experience
- Proven experience in Program or Project Office
- Organised, attention to detail, good follow-up skills
- Analytical - looking for better/simpler & automated ways to do things
- Familiar with Project Management & System Development Methodologies
