As a Senior Case Manager you will have:
• Excellent customer service/communication skills
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and problem solve
• Excellent time management & workflow management skills
• Previous Case Management/Insurance experience is essential
You will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of workers’ compensation high risk claims with the expectation to build effective working relationships with injured workers, employers, medical service providers.
The position has a challenging employer base including employers of all sizes requiring a proactive claims management strategy and a high level of communication.
We value your Claims Management experience so part of the Senior Case Manager role is to coach and mentor less experienced Case Managers and be a part of their development.
