In this role you will see something special in everyone you meet. You will be responsible for enabling people to live independently in their own homes in this diversely populated scheme whilst ensuring their environment is secure and safe and that they are getting all the support they require. You will need to demonstrate that you can liaise with relevant external agencies and groups within the community. You will have experience of working in housing or care related environment, a genuine desire to work with older people, be personable, self-motivated.
