Teaching & Learning Project Officer  [19/03/2010]


 


Applications are invited for the above post based in the Academic Services Division, part of the Registrar’s Department.  The Division plays a key role in the successful implementation of the University’s Teaching, Learning and Assessment Strategy in collaboration with the University’s Director of Teaching and Learning. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to funded teaching and learning projects within Schools, for co-ordinating bids for external sources of funding, and for providing support for University-wide teaching and learning development activities. They will support the Division and the Director of Teaching and Learning in ensuring that the University's developmental priorities in regard to teaching and learning are known and understood by all relevant parties and that activities are adequately geared to these priorities. 

Candidates should be educated to degree level (or equivalent) or have a proven track record of relevant work experience, which includes project management experience and knowledge of web design and Microsoft Office packages.
