A vacancy has arisen in the University of Nottingham's Graduate School for a project manager to work on a JISC-funded project that will develop a strategic ICT toolkit for UK HEIs. Reporting to the project director, the person appointed will have responsibility for maintaining the project plan and managing, advising and supporting an interdisciplinary team of postgraduate research students who will form the project research team. The project will also involve working closely with JISC and the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education.
Candidates should be educated to honours degree level or have equivalent relevant work experience, with proven experience of project management skills, people management skills, negotiation and influencing skills. Experience of working with academics and HE staff in a UK context is also essential.
