This position is in Corporate Client Services on the Group Risk area. The role involves a range of administrative and technical support duties; ensuring customer’s expectations are managed in line with our service levels. Plan and organise workload whilst taking into account changes and conflicts in priorities. Customer focused. High level of accuracy. IT literate. Excellent communication and numerical skills. Flexible and open minded. Team player. Self-motivated. Positive attitude. Friendly and polite.Relevant Group Risk and financial services experience. Five GCSE’s or equivalent (Grade C and above, to include Maths and English).
