To work with CEO’s, FD’s and HR Directors , of our largest and most important clients as well as potentially new FTSE 250 clients, we wish to deal with directly. With the aim to retain and attract the best clients in the UK market, overseeing acquisitions and mergers, promoting opportunities for growing schemes and implementing our new workplace savings platform. With the view of maximising ape production from these clients. Liaising internally with Heads of CS,CP Sales, Marketing and Finance, to ensure that the needs of these clients are prioritised at a high level within the UKC P&L business. Liaising externally also, with the major EBC’s to influence their decision making in the servicing of these clients and the retention of existing schemes and acquisition of new large trust based as well as contract based schemes. Proven in depth knowledge in Corporate Pensions. Proven experience of successful client face to face meetings and relationship building ,at a senior level CEO,FD,HR Directors. Proven experience of successful EBC relationships and a strong knowledge of different distributor models and how they impact on client relationships. Proven experience of performance management. Proven experience of budget management. Superior Presentations experience (internal and external), with a particular emphasis on leading and winning new business pitches. Proven experience of running major site visits for clients. Able to influence senior personnel within FP. Certificate in Financial Administration (CF1 and FA2) or equivalent. CII, ACII or FCII qualifications or equivalent an advantage. GCSE Maths and English grade A-C or equivalent.
