Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct interviews and assessing individual competencies
  • Practical knowledge of selection tools, such as competency based interview, AC, etc.
  • Cooperation with recruitment agency
  • Maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver feedback for all candidates participating in interviews
  • Monitor progress, ensure up-to-date recruitment reporting tool
  • Analyze recruitment process progress and propose solutions
  • Coordinate attraction activities related to project
  • Requirements:
    • Fluent Italian & English (written and oral proficiency)
    • Min. 3-4 years of professional recruitment experience
    • Proven results of previous recruitment projects
    • Direct-search experience
    • University degree preferably in psychology or sociology
    • Professional degree in HRM
    • Excellent problem solving competence
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Very good organization of work & planning skills
    • Ability to cooperate in a team
    • IT software familiarity (MS Office, Internet)
