An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to work within the Advice and Guidance team to provide administrative support to the College Admissions process. The post holder will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties in a customer-facing role. The post includes:
• Data input
• Organising and attending open days/evenings
• Maintaining databases of course information
• Customer service
• Reception duties
The service provided by the Advice & Guidance team covers a wide range of learner support activities within the College campus and at off campus events.
An administrative background, data inputting experience, the ability to demonstrate initiative, excellent customer service and good organisational skills are essential to the role. You should have one year’s experience of administration work in a busy office, be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent and possess a Level 2 IT qualification or equivalent with the ability to use MS Office proficiently. A team player with an eye for detail you will have excellent keyboards skills and be familiar with working to deadlines with a methodical approach to work.
