Details:

• Work within the EHM team consisting of Occupational Health Advisers, Occupational Health Physicians, Administrators and other specialists such as physiotherapists
• Develop team working at site level, co-ordinate allocation of site process responsibilities within the team and coach team members on cross site matrix working within regional/UK process management system
• Accountability and responsibility for proactive consultancy and communication with site customers and specific customer groups
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with HR and EHS professionals to deliver high standards of case management of work-related ill health and capability cases in partnership with line managers
• Identify, influence and implement  work environment or organizational improvements needed to protect or enhance the health of site employees
• Provision of EHM services to the site to ensure these are risk-based, meet quality standards and satisfy customer needs
• Ensure governance of  EHM processes and ensure participation in audit of clinical cases and processes in collaboration with OHP
• Gather and process site data required for EHM Shared Services metrics
• Partner with regional Health Enhancement Coordinator and Manager to identify health enhancement initiatives and programs appropriate for the site
• Identification of hazardous activities and embrace continuous improvement across site
No direct reports.  Site based responsibility for delivery of Employee Health Management services.  Process support up to and including UK wide best practice development.

Basic qualifications:

Occupational Health Nursing qualification to diploma/degree standard. People or significant project/process management experience preferred.
Competencies: analytical skills, interpersonal ability, accountability, customer focus, team working /collaboration, project/resource management and results orientation.
