Responsibilities will include: - Co-ordinating and publishing the programme of events
- Producing competition notifications, selection criteria, camp and competition details
- Co-ordinating all event logistics: facilities, travel arrangements, equipment, kit, medical cover, Licenses, consent forms etc
- Collating scores from trials and competitions and producing ranking lists
- Co-ordinating sports science appointments, anti-doping seminars etc
- Supporting gymnasts, coaches and parents questions and queries; helping with funding applications, school absence authorisations etc
- Maintaining accurate, confidential and secure files and database records
- Costing activities, processing purchase orders, maintaining financial records, monitoring and reporting on expenditure against budget.
The ideal candidate will have: - Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills, and a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
- A very good working knowledge of IT systems and databases, competent and accurate administration skills and knowledge of financial procedures
- The ability to plan in advance, prioritise time and tasks, meet deadlines and multi-task
- An understanding of gymnastics disciplines, competition programmes, rules and regulations advantageous.
