Dallas Based ....Work with a customer as a product specialist with deep technical knowledge in focus area of digital design implementation but should be familiar with RTL to GDSII design of integrated circuits including synthesis and STA. Applicant will:
Develop an understanding of the customer's needs and also of the competition's technology and sales strategies.
Assists sales staff in assessing potential application of company product to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications
Participate in customer visits and sales calls, both in discovery mode to identify needs/requirements and in actual product sales engagements
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers
Conduct and support technical evaluations/benchmarks and drive the process to deliver Cadence solutions

MUST have 5 years expertise in IC design , especially dealing with timing closure issues, using First Encounter, NanoRoute, RTL Compiler or competitive product . Synthesis experience is required. Must be able to take a design from netlist to tapeout
