Your duties will include:
- Leading initial qualification, definition and creation of verification environment architectures;
- Deployment of advanced verification methodologies and technologies with customers across a varied application space;
- Becoming a virtual member of the customer team working on highly visible projects;
- Identifying and tracking customer issues, prioritising those issues together with the customer and driving them to closure with Cadence R&D;

As an AE you will need to be a strong team member and contributor, with the ability to lead team projects and initiatives The applicant will be required to work closely with the Cadence sales team and R&D.

A key goal will be to demonstrate and increase the value to the customer of the Incisive Verification platform, minimize the cost of customer adoption and maximize the customer benefits.

This position, based either in Sweden or Finland, will require extensive travel within Nordic countries (sometimes within Europe).

Proven track record in verification of leading edge SOCs- with Strong design skills;
- Strong HVL (HW verification language) experience such as e, SystemVerilog, Vera, or C++ and associated methodologies –  eRM,  OVM, VMM;
- Verilog/VHDL knowledge for design and verification;
- Experience with Verification Planning & Management;
- Experience with Formal Verification and ABV (Assertion Based Verification);
- A working knowledge of UNIX/Linux, C-shell, tcl/TK programming and scripting;
- Effective working with all functions and at all levels within an organization;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Able to articulate the value of high-value methodologies and flows;
- Use or knowledge of Formal Verification methodologies and technologies would be a benefit.
