Essential Functions:
Provide Engineering shift support for Resin Process operation
Provide technical support for production equipment to ensure that Productivity and Quality targets are met.
Lead process improvement/productivity projects. Troubleshoot Resin manufacturing equipment, control systems, and processes
Troubleshoot and correct recurring production problems to achieve and improve rates, yields and uptime targets working closely with building employees.
Participate as a team player in maintaining a healthy & safe work place and ensure a safe work environment.
Assure production schedule delivery and other plant performance metrics
Work with project group to install and upgrade equipment for current and new products
Use Lean Six Sigma tools to maintain and improve process rates, yields, and material flow
Maintain and schedule maintenance activities for process equipment
Maintain equipment files and equipment modification records
Provide Quality Assurance support for Resin ProcessBS Electrical Engineering
Experience with PLCs, HMIs and robotics is a plus
Must meet all OSHA required medical clearances
Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills necessary.
