Customer Service Intern / Co-Op - Concord  [26/02/2010]


 


Serve as first contact to customer requests by handling a wide variety of telephone calls from internal and external customers. Responsibilities include: verifying eligibility for technical support using on-line system tools, logging new cases, and assigning priority levels to issues and route cases to proper technical team. Assess customer requests for escalation of cases and forward to appropriate Customer Service Rep or the appropriate manager.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a IT, Computer Science, MIS or related degree program. Candidates must have strong interpersonal and phone skills. Previous customer service experience preferred. Position also requires strong PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases. Exceptional attention to detail required. Candidates should possess a strong desire to exceed customer expectations, and ensure quality service as a team player.
