Directs the activities of the System Consultants to sustain and grow monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives by:
-increasing sales to the existing customer base;
-establishing new accounts emphasizing the markets and business sectors identified as key areas for Sybase growth; and
-establishing and building relationships with Sybase partners to leverage additional sales opportunities through these channels.
-Works with Sybase support organizations to ensure full and timely revenue recognition. Provides timely and accurate management reports as requested.
-Monitors, coordinates, and assures a high level of customer satisfaction of the installed base within the territory.
Provides leadership to staff by:
-developing a vision based on Corporate and ANZ goals and communicating this vision to territory personnel;
-mentoring, coaching, and training staff;
-prioritizing and allocating internal and external resources;
-developing staffing plans;.
-meeting expense and capital budgets to ensure profitability goals are achieved; and
-driving the ANZ Sales model.
Travels to customer, partner, and Sybase sites as necessary.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
