Monitor the mobile/telecommunication platform, provide first and second level troubleshooting, escalate/follow-up the incident until it is resolved. Work in a 24 x 7 operations centre in support of mission-critical application. Provide clear, timely, and informed status updates to customers on issues related to the monitored network. Perform non-intrusive and intrusive physical and logical layer troubleshooting on service issues. Perform customary ticket management functions to ensure proper organization of the Network Operation Centre (NOC) ticket queue. Work effectively with internal and external organizations as necessary to expedite repair efforts. Provide assistance to the Service Desk team for issues related to known outages. Follow all new and existing NOC processes and standard operating procedures.
