Job Purpose

To answer telephone calls within service standard.  To validate calls, register for service, and action allocated reports and queues whether by telephone or electronic means.  Acts as main focal point for all client requests.  Manages all client requests through to resolution.

    
Key Responsibilities 

To answer calls within service standard.

To validate calls against contractual entitlement.
To follow procedures relevant to job role.
To ensure customer enquiries are brought to the attention of the designated co-ordinator.
To action allocated reports and queues within service standard.
To escalate calls when appropriate.
To ensure client satisfaction.

    
Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications

Good literacy
MXP Call Management
Advanced knowledge of the telephone system
Call centre experience

    
Skills

PC literate
Excellent customer liaison skills
Interpretation of data & actions
Prioritisation

    
Behaviour/Attitude


Team player
Co-operative and flexible
Attention to detail
Can work under pressure
