Helping to create a store environment that’s an equally great place to work and shop, you’ll support the Store Manager in making the right people decisions via a robust action plan. Leading the in-store HR team in delivering this plan will play a big part, but you’ll also have to respond to the needs of frontline staff on the shop floor. Ideally CIPD-qualified and with strong leadership skills, you’ll be adept at managing talent and implementing new ideas that will deliver real results for everyone.
