Vacancy description To proactively manage the Director’s diary, including arranging all internal and external meetings with various stakeholders. · To collate briefing ensuring papers are received in time to allow for the Director's comments or amendments. · To format high-level, confidential documentation ensuring the appropriate markings are included, such as Restricted etc. · To type letters/response by dictation from the Director when required. · To arrange refreshments for high-level meetings as and when directed by the Director. · To arrange regular bilateral meetings with Heads of Procurement and catch-ups with Heads of Groups. · Coordinate performance review conferences. · To act as Secretary to Senior Management Team – arrange meetings; construct agenda in consultation with Heads of Group; distribute papers prior to meetings. Attend meetings as minute-taker; distribute minutes. Monitor actions.
